Global Warming

In Tim Hirsch (2005) article “Animals hit by warming” the author’s points are the follows. As the climate has changed, it has caused a lot of problems such as melting ice, spreading desert and many other things. At the same time, some other adverse things have happened, especially for animals. A lot of animals have to change their migration routes and other animals which can’t fit into the new enviroment are going to die soon. Global warming has caused some other trouble too. It causes storminess, sea level rise, Warmer seas, growing water scarity and also spreading the extent of the Sahara desert. “Although nature has always had to adapt to changing climate conditions”, we should do something to improve our environment at the same time.

Firstly, what we should do is plant more trees; as we know, plants breathe in carbon dioxide from the air and produce oxygen at the same time. We plant trees not only to decorate our streets, but also because it is good for our environment. In this way, we can reduce the CO2 gas which can cause global warming.

Second, our government can organize a group of people such as scientists or professors to study about it; they can be an institution which focuses on this program, so they can quickly find the solution and take it into action.

Third, we need to reduce the large numbers of factories which produce a lot of toxic gas, and the smoke destorys the ozone layer in the atmosphere. So we shouldn’t build more factories, and are should encourage people to use new energy instead of using coal or something else which may produce poisoner smoke when we burn it.

We should orgnize together and help the animals, because if many sorts of animals disappear in the world, the next will be human being. So, we must save these animals who are under the effect of global warming, to help them to find a new area to breed. Then they can live in the world. We are doing this not only for the animals, but for all of people in the world.
